I had a few questions before booking and their team did get back to me quickly. They were nice and patient when I changed the date, and it was nice to talk to a real person. That said, I did come away feeling a little misled because some of the details weren’t as clear upfront as I thought they were. The customer service was helpful, but I wish the booking info had been more straightforward from the start.

Had a fun night, honestly. The shows were fun to watch, and the sound was okay, not perfect maybe, but good enough for enjoying it.

The boat was clean and, I don’t know, just seemed like it had been looked after well. Everything felt cared for, which I really appreciated.

Not gonna lie, the boat itself was fine and the staff were really nice, so we still had a good time overall. I just felt like the cruise route was a bit short and not as scenic as I expected. For the price, I was hoping for a few more views, but it was still a pleasant experience

The yacht ride itself was really nice tbh, super chill and a good vibe overall. But the drink options felt kinda limited imo. They had the usual basics, which was fine, but if you wanted something a little different there wasn’t much to choose from. Prices were a bit high too. Not a bad experience at all, just expected a bit more variety

We were sitting for hours and I was surprised by how comfortable the seats were. They were soft without feeling too squishy, and there was enough room that we didn’t feel cramped at all. I’d definitely be happy to sit here again next time.

I had such a great time on Yacht StarShip. The bar service was a highlight of the whole trip — drinks came out fast, and the bartender was super friendly even when things got wildly busy. We never felt rushed for a second, and they kept checking in like we were royalty on the high seas. Prices were pretty much what I expected for a boat experience. I’d definitely do it again...

Booked through yachtstarship.com, the first thing I noticed was how clean the place was. The floors, tables, and even the restrooms were all really well kept. I’m picky about cleanliness, especially on boats, and there wasn’t no weird smell or messy little corners that made me uncomfortable. We did the dinner cruise and the food was a little better than I was expecting. The chicken was cooked nicely, the sides were still warm, and the dessert was good too. I’d give it around 4 stars mostly because the salad was kind of plain and the service between courses felt a bit slow. Still, for dinner on a boat, I thought the food was solid overall.
